The teachers are not the ones to raise your kids!

The only ones who’ll come are the Moms4Lunatics types who are convinced teachers are turning kids into trans black panthers.

Wonder how many administrative employees at Gatehouse and the Regional offices are certified teachers? I bet there are close to enough to staff those positions. Give them some hands on experience.

They don’t need to do that. There are a ton of instructional coaches that are certified teachers. They should be the first to be put in the classroom!

Yes all resource people will be used first. Math and reading specialists and coaches.

Maybe we can finally get rid of the instructional coaches and see how the school system can perform without them.

+1, they already know the culture of the school and it’s not like we’re taking them away from their time with students because they don’t work with students.

I would love to see some data from before and after to determine if any component of the school system has improved with them.

I would also make the School Board members teach classes in trailers they do nothing about if they want to get the 50% bump-up in salary next year.

Exactly. They wanted out of the classroom. They won’t want to be put back in. Haha
