Mine is 220 pounds, 6'5". His doctor thinks I should cut back on his juice. His clothes are rather tight on him and I'm concerned he's going to be "fat" if you know what I mean. What is the weight of your DH and what do you consider "normal"? I don't want him to end up with food issues but I also don't want an overweight man who needs special meals.
Your DH sounds fine to me. Too much juice is not good for any diet -- too much sugar. And he's an adult -- can't he decide what he wants to eat. If you're concerned, let him cook his own meals.
6'3" 215 definitely more muscle than fat
6'1" 230. He's a bit pudgy.
Mine is also 220 but much lower on the growth chart for height. Juice=beer, right?
Is your husband 12? I can't think of any other reason for you to be in control of his juice intake? Can he not be responsible for his own diet?
6 ft and 190. Seriously? Your talking to your DH doctor about his health? Sounds like you are talking about a child.
Do you take him to his appts and hold his hand while he gets his shots? Does he get a lollipop?
|
LOL OP.
Yes, you should probably cut back on his juice and give him fewer cookies. And consider strapping his ass to a treadmill once or twice a week. Is he food-motivated? Perhaps you could switch to doggie treats?
PS. Don't you guys recognize farce? |
Apparently not.

OP, according to BMI charts, 220 lb, 6'5" is overweight.

6'1" 195
