Locally sourced vegan iron supplement w/o side effects

wondering if there is a vegan supplement I can buy locally. I've been through the ringer with side effects and want something that might not have the soft stool/constipation side effects. Maybe one that is more on the side of constipation because the remainder are causing me terrible grief at work!

Have you tried the SLOW-FE. It's supposed to be gentler on your system, but I have no idea if it is vegan or not. You can buy it over the counter at a pharmacy.
