This is ridiculous. First of all, not everyone has to wear pads when they are nursing. I didn't. Also, her bopobs look engorged (i.e. with milk folks). Second, her stomach does look like it has a post pregnancy bulge. Not everyone has lots of blood after either. Again, I didnt. No episiotomy and not a lot of trauma. Delivery was really easy for me and I was fine pretty much right away. The white photo says nothing but it does look like there might be a few stretch marks there. I think this is ridiculous speculation.

I bled for weeks after each baby but I have nursed 4 kids and have never leaked, so not everyone needs breast pads.

This is people speculating about her last pregnancy (Sunday) not this one.

Who cares? After dumping her first two kids on Tom Cruise, I guess she wanted to start over. Would you allow Tom Cruise to have primary custody of your two kids? What is wrong with her?
