I don't know what the sensitivity level is for the Clearblue Digital OPK, but they don't work for me. I never got a positive with them on a critical cycle this past summer when I was supposed to start meds post ovulation. I had b/w done to confirm ovulation (I very definitely had ovulated) when I did not have my surge by cd 16 (I always ovulate by cd13-14).
I tried using them again recently and was smart enough to test with other sticks at the same time. My early-pregnancy-tests.com tests seem to be the most reliable for me. They always show a positive and I have had monitoring done to do a trigger shot using them - LH level is usually in the high 20s - and even when CB Digital doesn't. And, First Response 20 packs are the WORST!! I never got anything faintly resembling a surge - the test line basically got slightly darker close to surge and stayed that way. At least the CB stick showed darker lines that appeared + and cheapie definitely confirmed surge. The FR 20 pack is complete crap and I wouldn't waste my money. They say you have to use them within 30 days (they are not individually wrapped and are in one big bag) and they didn't even work within 10 days.
All that said, my advice is to try a couple of different brands of tests in a given month to see which one(s) work best for you and your body, as it seems different tests work better for different people.
