| The classified documents will be embedded with a traceable code idenfying where it was printed. DOJ/DNI will know exactly who accessed and printed the document by now. There will be a trail up to the point the document was handed over to Trump. |

Old enough to remember this classic.

Are those people in trouble? |
|
When people said everything Trump touches dies….
I seriously hoped it wouldn’t mean all of us under a mushroom cloud. |
This was always a global problem. SCI is not just about us, but also about what we know about other countries and how we know it. |
Yes. |
Are those people more likely to face prison time, than TFG? |
It’s hard to say. DOJ likely will seek their cooperation and testimony before a grand jury, possibly with a grant of immunity if there was a possibility of asserting the 5th Amendment. Assuming they had the proper clearance there is nothing inherently wrong with accessing a classified document and providing it to the POTUS at his request. I would venture to say some of the sides have already testified thus allowing the FBI to hone in on what is was searching for. The warrant would have been toward the end of the process if the investigation began in March or April. It’s not inconceivable that someone else with access to the material tried to pass it off to a foreign power (hint: Jared) but anything goes when it comes to the presidential equivalent of Basil Fawlty. |
If it was an urgent process, why wait three days from signature to execute? |
It depends on the system and compartment or subcompartment. |
Trump wasn’t in town. The club was ostensibly closed to the public. The FBI needed to develop a plan for a large property with multiple areas to be searched. They had an added layer of complexity with USSS. Serving the warrant over the weekend was likely to attract more attention. They may have wanted to confirm info with a source one last time. … |

Breibart has also seen the warrant
NEW via Breitbart: Trump under investigation per search warrant for: 18 USC 2071 — Concealment, removal or mutilation 18 USC 793 — Gathering, transmitting or losing defence information 18 USC 1519 — Destruction, alteration or falsification of records in Federal investigations https://twitter.com/hugolowell/status/1558161944552652801?s=20&t=fc7FWON0vvAoaiI3Cn9BzQ |
It sounds like the warrant was issued late Friday and they searched on Monday. Given the coordination involved, I don't find the lag in time weird. |
