Who are stellar preschool teachers in Montgomery Co?

I don't care of it's Montessori or play-based, just looking for teachers (and schools) who you think are especially excellent. I suppose by this I mean those who are sensitive, appreciates each child as an individual, who love what they do, foster an atmosphere of enjoyment (love of learning) for the kids, and offers challenges to each according to what they are ready for.
