How do I insert a picture in my post?

I've seen other people do it so I know there's a way but I can't figure it out.

Copy the link to the image and then click "Img" (it's in the same row of options as bold, italics, etc.) when you're typing the message body. Paste the link and then click "Img" again to close the tag.
