We were there last night (Thursday). It was crazy packed at 5:20pm. We've been to the one in Chinatown, and it was fine. I think this one has some issues to iron out. There were about 6 people at the hostess stand, and none of them could figure out where to seat us, who should do it, where we should wait while they talked about it, and what to do with the people behind us. There wasn't a wait when we went, but I heard them tell two groups behind us it would be about 30 mins. By the time we left (1 1/2 later), there was a HUGE wait. Once seated, our waiter seemed nervous. We had a hard time finding him at times since the three tables next to us all had different waiters. The busboys were great though. They don't have a childrens menu yet, but are working on one, and offered us a "kids pasta" they are making. We didn't get that, as our 19 month old just eats off our plates. Oh man, it took FOREVER to get our food. We ordered two pizzas and I just couldn't believe how long it took. At the DC location we have been in and out, within normal times. Here, it was just wait after wait.
The food was fine, the pizza is like a thin crispy crust. The veggie has onions, cremini mushrooms, peppers, cheese, garlic, and little potato chips on top.
But just don't go if you don't want to wait. We'll try again in a few months, hopefully things will be a little smooth then.
