any recommendations?
my doctor referred to someone at Washington Orthopedists and Sports Medicine but they are out of my network and i'm trying not to pay $200 out of network charges this year if i can avoid it.

Dr. Lutton or Dr. Faulks on Washington Circle are good shoulder guys, not sure which insurances they take. May also try Dr. Pandaranith at GW
