Recommend your Silver Spring handyman

I have acknowledged my honey-do-list will never get done by my honey... does anyone have a handyman who is reliable, skilled and reasonably priced? My jobs are relatively simple (I think) like putting in a new sump pump, laundry room sink, storm door, etc.

I'd appreciate any recommendations, especially if you'd be willing to serve as a reference I can talk with directly (in addition to other references provided by the handyman)

This is from my local listserv (QueenAnnes Listserv) -- sorry there is no last name for this guy. I get all my recommendations for home repair from the QAL and my neighbors haven't steered me wrong:

Malcolm is an all around handyman with a specialization in heating/air conditioning. He is the super at Parkside Terrace and does a phenomenal job here and also runs his own handyman service.
