Current rates are not high, and are lower than they were Jan. 1. Check the 10 year treasury bond, it’s currently 4.351 vs 4.57 on Jan 1. Do some research before you spout off nonsense. And the stock market made a new high yesterday. Nothing in your post actually makes any sense.

Town I am from in Georgia has free lunches for the whole high school, because the poverty percentage was so high they just defaulted to all kids getting free lunch. Not sure what will happen now.
