Wacoal bra/Nordstrom's return policy?

I haven't bought much from Nordstrom's and have never had to return anything, but I've heard they have stellar customer service/return policies so it is worth a shot.

I have a bra that is maybe 8 months old, and the underwire snapped in half. It was an expensive bra so I would think it would come with some sort of guarantee. What do you think my chances are of having the bra exchanged? I am leaving for a week-long trip out of the country tomorrow and this is the only really good bra that fits me right now.

One of their "live" chat reps said I could return it at my convenience but I don't really want to waste a trip to the mall. Don't have a lot of free time between now and tomorrow morning when we fly out.

You can definitely return this. They will take ANYTHING!! Just head over to the mall sooner rather than later before the crazy crowds start.

I used to work at Nordstrom's and we were told to return/exchange anything even if we knew for sure it didn't come from Nordstrom's. That was more than 10 yrs ago so it might be different now but I would be surprised if they didn't let you exchange it.

OP here. They did exchange it for me. I was so embarrassed when they told me I had purchased it in August of 2009, though. Eep. I almost took it back, but we were already well into the exchange process.
