I haven't bought much from Nordstrom's and have never had to return anything, but I've heard they have stellar customer service/return policies so it is worth a shot.
I have a bra that is maybe 8 months old, and the underwire snapped in half. It was an expensive bra so I would think it would come with some sort of guarantee. What do you think my chances are of having the bra exchanged? I am leaving for a week-long trip out of the country tomorrow and this is the only really good bra that fits me right now.
One of their "live" chat reps said I could return it at my convenience but I don't really want to waste a trip to the mall. Don't have a lot of free time between now and tomorrow morning when we fly out.
