i just notice this today while filing out a parking permit for work. is this odd coincidence or do they do that on purpose??? this is VA.

coincedence.. Since living in VA, we've registered 3 different cars, and had three different license plates, and have never had one that was the same as either of our SSNs

I imagine that it happens roughly once in every ten thousand cars. Twice if you are have a spouse.
