Scalloped potato recipe for a crock pot....suggestions?

I need a crock pot (due to lack of oven space) recipe for scalloped potatoes. I know there are a ton out there - but I want a fool proof, delicious one!

I make this all the time. It's fail proof and should work nicely in a crock pot.
