Maybe this sounds crazy - but when I used to run - I loved listening to classical music - I did not run very fast but it felt nice. Alternatively - classic rock has a good beat for running...I think. Now, when I do the eliptical - I watch Family Feud - lost all my baby weight on the eliptical for one hour a day and Family Feud!
