ISO: Arlington cable/tv/internet and phone packages

We're buying a house in Arlington and moving back from overseas. We haven't had to make decisions about internet/ cable/ phone/ landline stuff in a long time. Tell me the pros/ cons of Comcast for all three vs Verizon for all three (phone, internet, cable). TIA!
