this is a christmas tradition in our family. scales up easily to feed a crowd. easy to assemble the night before, just bake in the morning. egg, cheese and sausage makes a yummy hot brunch dish. easy to adjust for any vegetables or meat you want to use (also a fantastic way to use up leftover holiday ham).

Our friend just made this for brunch the past weekend and it was DELICIOUS!! I think she used more bread, though, which I prefer. (Not such a fan of a custard-like texture.) |
| For a less custardy texture (which my kids don't like) try using cornbread or corn muffins. |
