christmas eve dinner feedback please

Asparagus flans with prosciutto as a sort of appetizer
pseudo-beefwellington - not doing the duxelles, just wrapping it in prosciutto and puff pastry
glazed carrots and cream of spinach
passion fruit cream with chocolate sauce for dessert

anything else you would add, change?

It sounds delicious. My only comment would be the use of proscuitto in 2 dishes. I love proscuitto but it can be a strong flavor, and salty, so you may want to think about that.

Maybe some fresh dinner rolls? It all sounds wonderful!

It all sounds awesome! I would enjoy it a lot with out a complaint!

But, since you're asking for feedback this is the best I can come up with.....

Just make sure that the prosciutto is razor thin. YOu'll need to request that they separate it with wax paper which is a PIA for them but it's the only way to go. That way it just adds a bit of flavor without it getting too salty.

I would personally like a litte more carb on the menu but I'm a carb addict.

Thanks all!

I agree with the prosciutto in the two dishes... maybe I will skip in in the beef and just wrap it with cheese and the puff pastry.

I like the rolls idea, check.

And... i can maybe also add something like this, don't know what to call it in english, but thinly slice potatoes au gratin with cream? That can add some carbs

For a carb I bet a mushroom risotto with a little truffle oil would really be spectacular with the rest of the menu.
