Neutral Observer Here:

Top 4 in the WCAC are SJC, GZ, PVI, and DM

Top 4 in the IAC are GP, EHS, Landon, and Bullis

DeMatha lost last week by 6 goals to the last-place team in the IAC, St. Albans.

Prep is beating St Johns this spring, and I have zero affiliation with Prep. The Hoyas dismantled Bullis last night who a week ago SJC only beat by a goal.

EHS and PVI will most likely play again in the VISSA state semi-finals or finals like they normally do. We will find out very soon who has the better program this year.

Gonzaga took it to Landon the first week in March like they always do but struggled to beat Bullis (it was an OT victory in the middle of April). Landon was taking it to Bullis a few weeks ago before Bullis scored 3 goals in the final 5 mins of the game to make the score appear closer than it actually was. STA beats Bullis by 4 goals not too long ago. Gonzaga hardly beats Good Counsel the other day. DeMatha needs OT to beat the Heights yesterday. PVI hasn't played anyone since DeMatha so really hard to say how good they are right now. I'm sure I am missing some other scores between WCAC vs IAC games.

Based on what I have seen this spring, GP and St Johns are the clear outliers in this area and are hands down above everyone else.

GZ, PVI, Bullis, Landon, Episcopal, St Albans, and DeMatha... any given day could probably beat one another.

I'm trying to be as objective as possible here...

It’s hard to make a definitive statement about this imaginary game because of how erratic SJC has been this spring. When they are on their game they beat BL, who looks to be a top 3 MIAA team, and they put themselves in a position where they could have beat st Anthony’s but lost narrowly. On the other hand, they almost lose to Bullis. Prep may be a slight favorite, but if SJC plays to their potential a blowout is out of question and they could easily win.

Teams have tried. Often doesn’t work, but if it does other players score. #33 is better than #4 and Prep has way to many offensive threats.

Cabell needs to schedule a DC Championship game between the winners of the IAC and WCAC.

#4 and #5 - Bullis vs St Albans

Prep would play Bullis/StA
Episcopal would play Landon/SSSA

Episcopal has beaten Landon, SSSA, and STA.

Looks like Prep vs Episcopal rematch in the making to me. If EHS can avoid 3rd quarter disaster against Prep, it could be a game.

It’s Bullis / SSSAS and Landon / STA.

Prep will win it all regardless of what happens.

you will have to get by Prep for the crown... Can Bullis rebound or will it be Prep year!

Not with the current players and coaches. 😂

Let’s get back to the 33 is better than 4.

1 - 33 should be in his freshman year in college

2 - 4 is a complete player.
3 - 4 Rides better than 33.
4 - 4 Assist better than 33
5 - 4 Shots better than 33
6 - 4 plays in a tougher conference
7 - 4 is the best offensive player on the best team in the DMV.

33 isn’t locked like 4 because he isn’t 4.

“Better” is an opinion. Like hypothetical game results.

Let’s look at the actual factual record.

#4 - 43-4 as a varsity player (3 year varsity starter)

#33 - 17-19 as a varsity player (3 year varsity starter) didn’t include JV year because people on here don’t care about JV results.

Kabari should be a freshman in college, everyone knows this.

Regardless, if he is of age, meaning he did turn 19 in January of this year, he is eligible to play in the IAC.

You can't deny his talent, the numbers he has put up are extremely impressive.

Individual numbers are nice but those haven’t translated into his team winning a Championship. Maybe this year.

#4 has 2. Working on 3.

It’s like the Jordan vs Lebron comparison. One has more rings.

I agree Bullis has stuggled this year. But Bellistri has to go? Cmon. Guy was won more titles in the league in last 5-7 yrs than anyone and brought the program to the national level.

That’s stupid talk.

Man, the absolute need for validation from the SJC fanboys on here is just amazing to watch.

Are you saying that 17-19 is the record of the teams he played on for the last 3 years? If so that is wrong in addition to several of your other points.

He should be the one to determine if he is not into it anymore. My guess he is still hungry to compete with anybody in the country.
