Random question about mail-order medicine paraphernalia

I'm nearing the end of my first IVF tour of duty, and am left with a TON of unused needles, q-caps, saline, and other random "freebies" that I can't imagine ever needing. What have other folks done with this stuff? What is a q-cap for, anyway?

I was at Shady Grove and gave all of my unsed medications and supplies to them. I think they use the needles, etc. for injection classes.

OP here - thanks, great idea. I was definitely planning on donating unused meds (if I get lucky) but hadn't realized the other stuff could come in handy.
