Should Clomid ever be used by older and/or DOR women?

Should Clomid ever be used by older and/or DOR women? By itself or with the other stims? Is Clomid always a no-go or can its use with other stims be useful for some women? TIA.

Just my sense from having high FSH and following boards on high FSH, but I don't think Clomid is good for older women, particulary those who've had any high fsh readings in the past. It can really cause your fsh to spike in later cycles and then it's hard to find someone to treat you. If I were you, I would consider Femara for a less invasive option. Or stims alone. That said, if you're a poor responder to stims, I do think using Clomid with other stims can be a successful option, but only with an RE who is already high fsh friendly.
