Compass Cay, Bahamas?

I will be spending a week in the Bahamas, with most of our time spent in Compass Cay. Has anyone ever been? I've done research online and have read about things to do on the island, as well as on nearby islands, but am looking for more personal recommendations.

We will be staying on a boat and will have access to a pretty good sized dinghy to go explore with, too.
