Post partum bleeding

| I'm 6 weeks post partum with my 2nd child and am still bleeding. Not extensively (about 2 panty liners a day), some days I don't bleed at all, then it starts again. It doesn't seem to be related to how active or not I was that day - today, for instance, I'm bleeding even though I didn't yesterday and the extent of my activity is doing laundry, which is much less than I normally do with my toddler running around. When I spoke with my OB about this, they said it could take 6 weeks. Well, since I've reached that mark, I'm getting a bit concerned. Anyone else bleed for this long? |
