Recommend alterations place in DC?

I'd like to get the sleeves of my new wool coat shortened. There's a lining but no decorative details to be moved. Even so, I think it may be a little beyond the nice ladies at my dry cleaners.

Adams Morgan/ Dupont/ Woodley Park/ maybe Columbia Heights would be best so I can keep this a walking errand, but I can go deeper into NW to take advantage of a strong recommendation if necessary.
