Oatmeal Coco-Nutters from Wednesday's WP cookie section

What would happen if you substituted peanut butter for the butter in this recipe? It would make it a lot healthier and something I would rather give my kids, but maybe it wouldn't taste good at all. Any thoughts?

These are the ones I make -- fairly similar but with butter and peanut butter. You could probably play around with this, adding coconut if you like?

I sub sunflower butter for the peanut butter.
