| I know nothing about bourbon but I need a small amount for a recipe. Does it really matter what kind I get or can I just get the cheapest? TIA. |
| It doesn't matter. I use Jim Beam. You'd never catch me drinking it, but it's goes well with any recipe that calls for bourbon (or even rum, if I'm out). |
| Don't waste good bourbon by putting it in a recipe. |

Wild Turkey or Maker's Mark.
A good way to drink it if you don't like it straight is to serve it over ice with a twist of lime and some ginger ale, Sprite or cola. |
Or Kool-Aid! Or put it in a milkshake! Really, that is just wrong. If you don't like bourbon, ask around. Someone will be more than glad to take it off your hands. |
