pelvic pain, urinary pain

has anyone dealt with pelvic floor issues? i've been having fairly constant urinary pain and pelvic pain. i can also feel my pelvic muscles in spasm often. it's very, very painful.

is there a specialist in the area? anyone with experience in this, what did you do to treat?

I've have had these problems as well. I would start with a urologist.
