ISO therapist for a young child

My 8 y.o. daughter has a lot of behavioral impulse control-type issues. It is affecting her social life at school. She has a really tough timer navigating social situations and keeping her emotions in check. At home she is over the top emotional about just about everything. I was thinking a therapist might help her learn to control her emotions a bit. Any recs in NW DC?
