Recommendations for PCP (DC or NOVA) in MD IPA Fed. Ins. that will refer me back to SG w/o a hassle?

I am thinking of switching my insurance from BXBS to MD IPA for IVF reasons. I already have been going to SG for the last 6 months, but understand that I will need a referral back there anyway. Can someone please recommend a PCP in either DC or NOVA that they had a good experience with and who has referred them back to their RE in a similar circumstance? I really want to start treatments ASAP.
