elementary age DC burps a lot

DC was checked a few years back for lactose intolerance and celiac disease (back then DC was very thin and not gaining weight). DC was negative for those and then shortly after the tests started gaining weight appropriately. DC is still burping a lot - it does not seem to be reflux and DC is otherwise very healthy. I guess we need to go back to the gastro. Any thoughts??
