Any in-home Day Cares open to SN in NVA?

We have a preschooler who has SPD, and we are looking for in-home daycares in NVA that would be willing to accomodate her. She is a people pleasure and loves silly games. Does any one have any recommendations? Ideally, we are looking for PT openings.
