| Has anyone used rice paper? I'm wondering if it will stay crisp when it's put on something moist or if it will get all chewy and soft. Thanks. |
| I've used it to make spring rolls (the uncooked kind). I had to immerse it in water for a few seconds to get it soft enough to roll. It stayed soft after being rolled onto vegs, tofu, shrimp). I made it ahead of time & put it in refrigerator with a damp napkin over it to keep it soft. Hth. |
