Drinks in Arlington - where to go?

So, tomorrow night some of my girlfriend's and I (all in our 40's some married/moms, some single) are going out for drinks tomorrow night in Arlington. I go out to Happy Hour every now & then after work and we usually go to Harry's Tap Room, Rio or Restaruant 3. I have not been out on a weekend night in Arlington in years and hear many of the bars are a younger crowd (20 - 30 year olds). Anyone have any suggestions as to where we can go, that would be an environment that we fit in yet lively??
