Need a child psychiatrist- Children's?

Any recommendations for a child psychiatrist? It looks like Children's is covered by our insurance- has anyone been to their program, and is it decent? I need someone to evaluate my son for a potential mood disorder and figure out if he needs meds and which ones. I don't need someone for talk therapy, we already have a therapist.

For the most part I know the "good" doctors don't take insurance. We've paid so much out of pocket already, and I don't necessarily need a warm and fuzzy relationship with this person, just someone who is competent, can do an evaluation and give us a diagnosis, is decently kind, and accessible location wise and financially. We can go to NW DC, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Kensington areas.

Matthew Biel at Georgetown Hospital is very good. I think Georgetown takes most insurance.
