What Sides are you Making for Thanksgiving?

I'm making mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, yams, and an apple butter pumpkin pie. And rolls of course. Then the turkey, maybe brussel sprouts. What are you guys making?

exact same except pecan pie instead of pumpkin plus creamed spinach.

No cranberry sauce? That's the best!!! Has to be home made, though. None of that canned crap.

I'm getting off easy this year so I decided to try new recipes: bacon braised green beans, smoky bacon biscuit dressing (my kids love bacon - can you tell?) and a chocolate overdose cake. Cannot wait to start cooking!!!

Buttternut squash soup as a first course, then (besides turkey & gravy) mashed potatoes, mashed turnips, sweet potato casserole (NO marshmallows!), green beans almondine, stuffing, cranberries, pumpkin pie, chocolate chunk pecan pie.

DH just suggested I also make a different kind of dressing, in addition to the stuffing that's going in the bird. I'm 37 weeks pregnant & have to work Mon - Wed. Almost punched him in the face.

Have to have mac and cheese. The good kind.

We're having a huge crowd this year so:

green beans almondine, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes and butternut squash, cranberry sauce, gravy, stuffing, creamed onions, brussel sprouts, sweet potato biscuits, rolls

chocolate pecan pie, apple cranberry pie and pumpkin pie

Normally I do the same, only without the biscuits, onions or sprouts. And usually only pumpkin pie
