The question about naany pay is probably going to be biased. Do the DCUM demographics match that of the typical DC area nanny employer?

Its impossible to know, but I wouldn't be surprised if we actually do have a fairly representative sample of nanny employers. In no way does our user base accurately reflect the demographics of DC area families, but nanny employers are a subset that is probably not representative either. At any rate, we are surveying our members and don't have any pretensions of doing anything more than that. Whether our membership matches the wider demographics is really not important.
