| I really REALLY hate what these Westboro idiots are doing. But I side with them in the Supreme Court case. Westboro Baptist was given a location from which they would be allowed to protest. Given that the local government defined the free speech zone, I don't see how they can be held liable for having used it. If the government wants to define a wider perimeter, so be it. But can the court ban the speech because it is repugnant to even a grieving family? I don't think so. They would do better to widen the perimeter. |
