Republicans Already Screwing Up

They are putting the brakes on the New Start Treaty. Morons. Everyone knows we need it, the president already agreed to Republican demands to spend $80 billion modernizing our nuclear arsenal (read: spend money in key red states), it's the freaking continuation of Ronald Reagan's own brainchild, and yet they can't get their act together to pass this thing. WTF, are they holding out for more cash or are they just being lazy?
