ISO a great pair of jeans

Looking for a great jeans recommendation. I'm a 30yo SAHM to a 7mo DS, 5'3", size 12/14, with an hourglass figure (nicely defined waist, large hips/butt/thighs). Prefer mid-rise, wider straight leg, mid- to heavy-weight denim with a tiny bit o' stretch. 29"-31" inseam preferred, 32" may work. Trouser tailoring would be great, but not required. Ideally under $100, but I'd pay more for a truly perfect pair. Online purchasing would also be great, but not required. Thank you!!

I have had success with the Sevens Kimme style. They have a boot cut and a skinny leg cut. They fit me well because the waist is slightly higher and curved.

My cousin has a similar figure to yours and I was impressed at how well she looked in a pair if Gap jeans. I think they were a petite boot cut pair from their higher end range. I'd start there or at Old Navy and then move on to higher end brands if they don't work. Plan to try on a few pairs so go to a larger store with a good selection or order online.

Honestly, my go-to magic jeans are Gap Perfect Boot cut. Get them in a dark wash, and they should be awesome!

I got one at Loft recently for around $70, it's the Curvy Trouser, and it fits me perfectly! Mine is a petite length b/c I'm 5.2. I think it addressess all the issues you listed.

I also have the Loft Curvy Trouser, and it's great! I'm similarly shaped to OP, and the Curvy jeans at Loft are the only ones I buy anymore, although it sounds like I should try Gap as well.

I was very pleasantly surprised recently by how well Old Navy jeans looked and fit on me, and they were incredibly affordable.

Macy's in house INC brand. Go one size smaller than you are normally.

What is the advantage, if any, of high end such as Not Your Daughter's jeans?

Believe it or not Talbots has revamped/updated its jean styles and some of them are really nice. The heritage fit straight leg fits me really well.

I believe that Nordstroms has a "jeans finder"--check their website for denim.
