Just can't do Mancinni's anymore

Anonymous
Over the past two years, I have put up with the owner being ridiculously rude to me and other patrons. This weekend, she went after my toddler.

Enough. Rant over.

Not Mancinni's, but one of the waitstaff was rude to my toddler at Bilbo Baggins in Alexandria and I have never gone back and that was six plus years ago. Up until then, co-workers and I had gone there once a week.

Why did you keep going back if the owner was so rude? The food isn't good enough to put up with rude behavior from owner and waiters unless they feed you for free.

This is the OP, and that is a good point. So many times I went in there in such a good mood, only to have it dampened by the people who work there. It's always like its a priviledge to wait on you, and we really don't need it anymore.

Yup, you vote with your money.

I think she's talking about Del Ray.

The owner is well known for being curt and rude. I have found her to be much more pleasant over the past 6 months, though. As for the waitstaff, they have always been very friendly to me. I imagine they are on egg shells working for Barbara, though.

This woman has had this reputation for years. I know someone who used to work there. She used to share the craziest stories about her.
