All time favorite, most delicious dinner recipe

I haven't gone shopping yet and I'm cooking for 10 tonight (including 2 kids to whom we could, at a minimum, give macaroni and cheese). I just want a delicious recipe for dinner. What is your all time favorite dinner recipe?

My husband buys this tri-tip roast at Trader Joes - not one with spices already on it. He then salts/peppers it, grills each side for a few minutes and then puts it in the oven until medium. It's so good it's to die for, as long as it isn't overcooked!
