Blackberry users: why did my sound alerts suddenly change today?

Out of the blue today, the sounds that play when I have a new incoming email have changed completely. I went into the sound menu to find that all of my previous sounds now say they are invalid. Any ideas what's going on? Any one know how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Mine changed yesterday, now that I think about it. Weird. No idea why.

And I just checked - I have it sent to phone calls only, but I'm getting a tone when I receive email...

OP here - I had mine set to two different tones to tell me if it's a work vs. personal email - now I just get this sort of grouchy-sounding buzz no matter what comes through. So weird! Haven't gotten a phone call yet...
