It's actual criminal negligence on behalf of his lawyers. They were supposed to turn over those texts a long time ago and Jones's legal team were (falsely) claiming the texts did not exist. They had the evidence the entire time and never turned it over! A bunch of people are about to lose their law licenses. |

| This isn’t “criminal negligence.” It’s unethical misconduct that will subject them to sanctions snd disciplinary proceedings. Odds are they won’t even get disbarred. |

Between the child sexual assault Jones was in possession of (didn’t he have a horribly ugly divorce and custody argument with his wife?), the fact that his jag legal team didn’t hand it over to the appropriate authorities, that he’s been getting these poor Sandy Hook people stalked and threatened and helping prevent gun laws from being made in doing so, and now he admits that he was lying about the whole thing?
