Given his track record of doing wacky fake bits, I find it hard to believe this story. He also deleted it from his podcast? So unless you were listening there's no proof of it. So instead he is creating all of this offair buzz to gain attention.

He has a very reputable domestic attorney handling the divorce and he filed over a month ago. He's not lying about the divorce.

I heard much of it this morning. First, it's just sad to be privy to a family implosion, no matter who it is. Second, we only heard one side of the story and parts of it where missing.

Some things that had me scratching my heard were:

Why did Kane fall asleep after coming home and finding everyone gone and some of the house contents missing? Wouldn't you call police? Worry about the kids?

After the car fiasco, Kane didn't speak of why the car was badly parked. Apparently N hit the wall in the driveway. Perhaps N has drinking problem?

N complained of having to drive a minivan so Kane bought her a new Audi. A freakin Audi??? $$$ Cause she reportedly wanted to look hip. Sounds like she was gearing up to go solo.

Kane seemed genuine to me. He had to watch what he said this morning due to her lawyers likely recording it. He said he was also being followed at one point. He said he was trying to get info out because people were starting to notice he didn't have his ring on and ask why.

While taking, he said he would only mention this once for his audience and won't speak publicly on the radio again about it. Again, I just think he wanted to get out his side of the story and he has the medium to do that. My overall impressions is that he is still in a state of shock about the collapse of his family. Again, a truly sad situation...

This. I listened to it as well and I heard raw emotion in his voice. It also seemed evident from his tone that he thought he was in his marriage for keeps and filing a divorce was really a last resort for him.
