I am 4’11” and 125 lbs. very fit. I wear size 8 tops or medium bc I wear a 36c bra, when I was a 34b prekid, I wore size 6 tops or a small. I have never worn sizes 2/4 in tops due to my huge chest. In Chinese clothing, a size 8 US is a XXL.

I wear size 0 pants because Ihave a 26” waist. This is due to vanity sizing. When I had a 23” waist thirty yrs ago, I wore size 0 pants back then too. LOL!
