Are lawyers cooked by AI?

I studied CSE as an undergrad and went toaw school when I was laid off from my software developer job after 10 years.

Long before AI, I wrote some automated tools using common lisp (a very very very old programming language that was the language of choice for AI researchers back in the 80s) to do all sort of analysis. This was long before GenAI.

I don't know the future, but some of the AI tools out there are very good.

Good point. Laying the foundation for admission will probably include the data showing when/where/how/what photo was taken and with what device.

Registered entities cannot represent themselves and have to be represented by counsel. Representing another entity without a law license is the unauthorized practice of law. Many US Congress people at the state and national level are lawyers, and I don't see this requirement changing.

Things like that can be faked also. Or pictures of pictures taken to get new metadata to make something look legit. Brave New World out there now.
