This is just a silly idea, beyond the ethical concerns.

It will be 1 billion dollars and 2+ years to retrofit this thing so it can be used as Air Force 1. At that point the new ones will be up for delivery.

Laws don't seem to apply to him. Has he not realized that there's a cap of 25$ on gifts for federal employees and strict conflict of interest rules? If not you have to disclose it and pay money to buy it back if you want to receive it personally.
