Yelling facists and slurs towards adult parents presenting factual information is not representing the left very well.

You don't have too much to worry about - I am likely voting Tisler, Davis, Moon, and McDaniel - but I'll be surprised if any non-dems win.

Yeah, none will win because of their narrow focus on cultural issues. There was an opportunity for a moderate or two to break through this year becUse of widespread dissatisfaction but they didn’t offer the right candidates.

Tisler is focused on academic achievement and special education issues.

She is a former educator snd would be a tremendous asset to the school board.

Good to know. I’m not in her district so can’t vote for her.

What’s the deal with Davis? I’m not opposed to voting for a Republican who isn’t primarily motivated by a desire to punish gay and trans teenagers, but there’s no agenda on her website. Her issues page just says that she wants academic achievement and better special education services. How?

You have a strange definition of moderate. One of them seems barely literate on their own website https://husseinforschoolboard.com/

You have a weird perspective where focusing on education (academic rigor, remediation, teacher salaries and job satisfaction, and decent facilities) is a “cultural issue” and focusing on “equal outcomes for all” and boys in girls’ bathrooms is deemed the norm.

I would be thrilled to vote for someone focused on these things but the R candidates are focused on books in the school library. Please share the name of one that isn’t focused on books and is focused on the bolded!

As opposed to the websites of the rest of the candidates?

Republicans know that if they write a detailed issues page, they will lose voters.

DP. He has no chance but I like that he has highlighted both his school/academic experience and his experience on boards and in administration. He would be able to follow the rules of a school board meeting without arguing for half an hour.

Thank you for sharing Hussein’s name. I hadn’t even heard of him. I will look into him more.

To me, my decision is not about what republican candidates will do. My decision is majorly based on what democratic school boards have done. No matter how hard the leftists are trying to intimidate people, I just want to give non-democrats a try. Democratic school boards are overly passionate to promote their ideology at public school.

This is how I feel about the upcoming Board election, and it’s how my household plans to vote.

Davis website is devoid of any platform and all her campaign pieces are half baked with no details. She is trying to hide her Republican bonafides which is a big turnoff for me.

Moon is good.

Hussein will be lucky to get 2% of the vote.

The three Democrats are going to win: Moon, McElveen, and McDaniel.

+1

They push lies and deception. Look at Youngkin - he even admitted it.
