Hahaha, they almost ALWAYS predict long term declines. Always. Families don’t live in apartments or townhouses. All sorts of bad assumptions.

Our HSs are already too crowded. We need something. Not necessarily a 4th comprehensive HS though...

Omfg, hilarious. That is EXACTLY why they always have these predictions. In the future we won’t need a 4th high school.

It’s partly working because the current high schools are so crowded that people are opting for private.
